_module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb]<h3>L&rsquo;alimentation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Trop souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9, il doit \u00eatre riche en <strong>prot\u00e9ines\u00a0<\/strong>(fromage blanc, oeufs, viande ou poisson pour ceux qui peuvent manger sal\u00e9 le matin), mais aussi des <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes<\/strong> (flocons d&rsquo;avoine, muesli&#8230;) ou du pain complet aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un jus de fruit frais press\u00e9, ou d&rsquo;un fruit pour apporter des <strong>vitamines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le d\u00e9jeuner<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2 \u00e0 3 fois par semaine : du <strong>poisson gras<\/strong> (maquereau, sardines, thon&#8230;), afin d&rsquo;apporter des <strong>omega 3<\/strong> \u00e0 longue cha\u00eene EPA et DHA pour la bonne sant\u00e9 de notre coeur et de notre cerveau.<\/p>\n<p>Des sucres lents <strong>complets ou semi complets<\/strong> (riz, p\u00e2tes, pain) \u00e0 chaque repas, ou des <strong>l\u00e9gumineuses<\/strong>, afin d&rsquo;apporter de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et des fibres solubles et insolubles accompagn\u00e9s de <strong>l\u00e9gumes verts<\/strong>, qui nous apporteront vitamines, min\u00e9raux et anti-oxydants.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00a0\u00bb1_2,1_2&Prime;
